Made a pre-paid reservation for our son. When he arrived at the hotel he was unceremoniously denied entry because he was under 21. This rule of the hotel is hidden under drop-down lists, and the staff at the hotel were absolutely rude to both him and me when we were asking simple questions to clarify what we could do. Rather than promptly refund our money for the reservation THEY were refusing to honor, we were told to call back tomorrow and then hung up on. DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU CARE ABOUT DECENT SERVICE.

We love this place. It is quiet and comfortable. Our only complaint is that they charge you for everything. Dogs are $25 for each pet EVERY night. It's not a one-time fee. Even if your dog causes no damage. Extra vehicle? $25 per night. Your $200 room becomes almost $300. If we could lighten up on the fees, it would be a perfect place to stay. They have a pool, 2 gazebos, and a guest laundry room. Grounds are always clean. They have RV sites, a motel, and cottages.

I didn't stay here but I had an out of town visitor who did - the rooms were really nice and had a perfect view of the ocean, not to mention a cute gazebo on the grounds where you can sit and relax. The only complaint: they did maintenance on the plumbing or something at the time and turned the water off for a day, which I understand was a necessity, but you would think they would at least offer some kind of compensation for lack of amenities during a stay. Either way, I do recommend this place!!

This was our second time staying here so obviously we love it. It’s very quiet and peaceful compared to other places we’ve stayed. The beach is small but it is not over crowded. The pool is actually pretty big and my kids loved it. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are a tad out dated but very clean. My only complaint is that the shower was covered in mold. I honestly didn’t even let that effect my review because my family enjoys staying here so much that it’ll be 5 stars regardless and we will definitely be back :)

Great location, right on the beach, rooms clean, quiet place, hotel clean. Cute gazebo to sit in watch / listen to ocean. Didn't have any concerns. Will visit again for sure. No food or bar but bbq available, plenty of bars and restaurants around .

We stayed in one of the stand-alone cottages. Clean, lots of windows, comfy bed, and separate AC in living area and bedroom so we could set different temps. And the AC in the bedroom was an ultra quiet wall mount, not a noisy window unit. TV in both living room & bedroom but we never turn either on; can't comment. There was a short paved walkway directly to the beach - no need to drive or walk across a street. Put a few groceries in the fridge and you won't have to leave for meals. In the outside area the Inn provides lounge chairs, picnic tables, two gazebos, and a nice pool. And, as a nice touch, the night lighting did not contribute to light pollution and the lights on the multi-story "hotel" building were gentle & subtle - didn't interfere with viewing the night sky & meteor shower.

They want $165 a night to rent a single RV spot for a 20 ft trailer. The most ridiculously over priced place I’ve come across in my seven years of RV camping all across America. Doesn’t even include sewer hook up. I couldn’t believe what they were asking. They were more expensive than renting a hotel room. I just don’t understand how people can think it’s ok to rent a little piece of property for that much money. What’s the point of having your own RV if it costs more to stay in a camp ground than a hotel. Greed is the only answer I can see.
